Overtime Rate- $190 / hour / tech
Ball Bar- $300 base fee + $150 / hour / tech
Laser Calibration- $500 base fee + $175 / hour / tech

Level One- Live phone support from one of our experienced service engineers.
Level Two- Order parts from our large, in-house inventory.
Level Three- We always respond to service requests within 24 hours and get you on our schedule.
